ROB DAWSON, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, VA-BC

dawsonRob Dawson is a nurse practitioner that specializes in vascular access. He has pioneered the clinical microsystems approach to vascular access improvement. He has extensive experience in peripheral vascular access and clinical staff development. He created the zone insertion method (ZIM) for ultrasound guided insetion of piccs and midlines in the upper extremity as a means to standardize, measure, and improve care.

symingtonKen Symington has 25 years of experience as board certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist with particular expertise and passion for vascular access device insertion, complication treatment, and development of comprehensive institutional programs. He created the sweet spot concept for optimizing catheter tip location on chest x-ray.

ledonneJack LeDonne is a surgeon whose primary interest is vascular access. Dr. LeDonne has extensive experience in the design of vascular access training curricula. Dr. LeDonne has lectured extensively on vascular access nationally and internationally.
